Those With the "It" Factor Have a Head Start

Real Estate Agent with GreatWest Realty DRE# 00827565

In late April while traveling the exquisite 17 Mile Drive, which connects Carmel, Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove along California's coast, my grandson and I, came across a small population of squirrels near water's edge. But, one little critter in particular, seemed to stand out above all others!  She was approachable, she seemed to know how to present herself, and because of those features and others, had the ability to coax special treats from mere humans in her midst.  Life is like that isn't it, especially, among real estate professionals. It's those with the "IT" factor, and perseverance, who manage to procure the most rewards and business!

We found this little gal not far from The Lone Cypress, another of the 17 Mile Drive's special attractions!

I take pictures for the purpose of remembering fond times.  I do not impose copyright restrictions on this photo, so you may feel free to use, or distribute as you wish.  However, should you need a Real Estate Professional in the Greater Sacramento area, I hope that you will contact me by email or by visiting my website - Thank You!

Oh Myrl,
Those are amazing pictures! So generous of you to allow sharing.

I think the confidence your little friend showed is a great analogy for business.  You and your grandson seem to have some wonderful adventures.

Have a great day, Mryl!

Spectacular photographs, Myrl. Super cool with the light radiating from the ocean like that. And your squirrel or chipmunk or whatever that critter is turned out so sharp and incredibly in focus!

Hi Myrl Jeffcoat - Your analogy is spot on! By the way, I never saw a squirrel with black spots like this one in your photograph. It would be easily recognizable the next time you go that way.

Your photos are beautiful. Your story meaningful.

Thank you!
