By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Aerospace Realty

A Brevard County firm is proposing a floating resort to be anchored offshore of Port Canaveral in Brevard County Florida. The developing firm is working on funding for the project.  The idea for the Undersea Resort plans for three cruise ship type vessels to be anchored in a triangle off the coast of Brevard County.

Welcome Addition to Port Canaveral,  Already a Very Busy Cruise Ship Port in Brevard County

The Underwater Resort is planned to feature three levels of underwater cabins with great views of the sea life.  It is planned to have many activities including sports, and gambling offshore.  The Underwater Resort could be easily brought back to port during a storm.

Denise,

This sounds like a very interesting concept.  I look forward to hearing more on it.

Denise- I would love to see some renderings of this complex plans. It is amazing how many interesting buildings people imagine and then build.

Denise, thanks for alerting us to this new proposed attraction. I know off the Florida Keys somewhere they have these hotel rooms under water to better see the marine life. The floating nature of it reminds me of the floating casinos in the Mississippi area. Next time I visit Brevard County if its available I'll have to check it out. I go to the Jetty Park beach and boardwalk by Port Canaveral all the time when I visit in the summer.
