   Now and then we hear the chattering of teeth, the biting of nails, the knocking of knees....Buyers are afraid ....what if I buy in a  Sellers' Market...what will happen when I sell ?

What if I know I am only staying a few years ....should I buy ?    Mmmmmm...for that crystal ball that would tell them the list price they could expect in 3 years, 4 years...10 years....we fortune teller would certainly open a fortune telling booth...wouldn't you all pay per "house forecast? "

Everyone wants to get a deal, but what if them getting a deal started a trend of market values declining, that would not be good for them.  It would be much better for them to pay market value or higher and start a trend of increasing values, thus strengthening their investment.  Too many people let a nickel get in the way of earning a dime, haha.
