Wordless Wednesday - There are Fish in Sesquicentennial

By

Sesquicentennial State Park is located at 9564 Two Notch Road Columbia, SC 29223. The park offers tons of outdoor activities from biking, hiking, a splash pad, miles of trails, rental boats, and of course there is the lake in the heart of the park. While I am told that the fishing at Sesquicentennial State Park can truly be hit or miss, I can also tell you that there is at least one big fish in the lake.

JL,

Looks like a wonderful place to get away and enjoy the bounties of nature. Nice picture, and what kind of fish is that? A

So, I was going to ask if that was a Bass but, it looks like William knows!

Great catch, JL! Looks like a fun place to spend the day...or a few hours of it!

What a great setting, JL. Now there are NO big fish in the lake. Dinner? Or did you toss it back?

Hahahaha  - loved your comment  Big Mouth - Big Mouth Bass.  I was thinking - this really is a good fish tale as when I fly fish for rainbows - I'm always a catch and release person. Can't bear to kill them...
