"Master" the Bedroom

By
Home Stager with b&b Home Staging

The way a person lives in their bedroom is much different that the way buyers want to see a Master Bedroom. TVs and media equipment don't show well. Instead, making a Master Bedroom a haven, a relaxing intimate place will be what buyers want to spend time in.

Thanks for the reminder.  Sellers are looking for input on how to show their homes when we take their listing - be sure to remember things like this!

I like the after!  I once had a husband move his dresser from the second floor master bedroom (which was way to crowded) to the basement (which needed more furniture) and every morning he went to the basement to get dressed.  Their house sold in good time for a great offer and they couldn't have been happier!

So true.  So very true.  We want the dream of what we aspire to.  Good illustration.

Bedrooms look so much better without T.V's yet home sellers are always hesitant to get rid of them.  when I mention to them they always respond that they think the potential buyers would appreciate to know where they can put the T.V.  Of course, they usually always remove it.
