I am getting ready ti have a home buyer seminar in my area Glen Burnie MD. Does anyone have any suggestions on some of the topics I should discuss. any info would be helpful.

I do a short intro and talk a little about the market. Next a home inspector does 15 min then my mortgage person does 15 then ins person does 15 min. After the title person does her 15 min we open up for questions.
