No homes flooded in Aliana during Harvey

By
Industry Observer

Yes, it still matters 9 months after Harvey whether your home flooded or not. I see many For Sale signs throughout the city stating "Never Flooded." Many people ask if the homes flooded during Harvey. Aliana was very lucky no homes flooded in our subdivision and some of the drainage system was not completely finished at the time and still no homes flooded. So if you are looking for homes that did not flood come to Aliana. If you want to see at Sitterle Home here in Aliana please call me at 281-804-9265.

Yolanda,

You make an excellent point about flooding.  I am sure many will respond to that. A

When we have the big flood June 2016 it was devastating. And, buyers are always asking about homes in White Sulphur Springs if they flooded.  I know buyers want a no flood zone and Sitterle homes in Aliana is a no flood zone.

Hi Yolanda- you're right!  When we were in Houston in November for my brother's birthday, we drove through neighborhoods and could still see waterlines on the window screens.

Yolanda, I bet this is important and sure there were some that were flooded, and mold may be an issue.

That is indeed a very important thing to know and I would be shy about purchasing a home that had been flooded.
