This subdivision is located in the city limits of Williamsburg which has lower real estate taxes than either of the adjoining counties. 

 

Piney Creek Estates is an intimate subdivision with less than a hundred homesites. It is located just a few miles from Colonial Williamsburg and is a short drive to Jamestown and Yorktown.
