"A Great Place to Come Home To" is Stucki Farm's slogan and from my experience that's how home owners truly feel.  Stucki Farms is a fabulous master planned community on a grand scale!  Located just off the Southern Parkway,  the development encompasses almost 600 acres that will include parks, lakes, walking paths and recreation areas.  Just minutes away from the off road trails at Warner Valley and Sand Hollow State Park.

What I enjoy about Stucki Farms is the quiet peaceful atmosphere, yet it is still conveniently located within 10 minutes of shopping, restaurants and theaters.

Twenty five unique villages are planned, each with it's own style and theme of home.  There will be darling cottages, or "tiny homes" along with spacious custom homes all at Stucki Farms.  Currently there are homes built in The Meadows, The Cottages, The Homesteads and The Crossroads.  The 7 acre amenity area is under construction and will include the Farmhouse Welcome Center, Barn Event Center and Resort Style Pool for residents to enjoy.

There are still lots available in The Homesteads, which is the village featuring modified craftsman style homes on larger lots.  Some of these lots are large enough to accommodate oversized RV garages which is a real bonus!  Single level to 1 1/2 story homes are allowed in The Homesteads.  Home prices currently range from $359,900 up to $1,000,000+.

The Crossroads is the newest village and is designed for starter homes or those wanting to downsize.  Lots are still available in the Crossroads as well.

The Cottages at Stucki Farms is situated on 19 acres within the development and is themed around a courtyard community.  The homes are grouped together around common courtyards giving them a "come on in" atmosphere.  Being zoned for nightly  and vacation rentals makes The Cottages at Stucki Farms a wonderful option for second home owners.  Often buyers want to own a second home in St George and would like the ability to rent their home to offset some of the expenses.

Currently the HOA fees for Stucki Farms villages includes all yard maintenance and maintenance of the common areas.  Homeowners will also enjoy the amenities at The Farmhouse, Barn Event Center and the pool once completed. HOA fees will be approximately $160 per month when the amenities are finished.

Stucki Farms is in the Washington County School District.  Elementary school age children would attend Majestic Fields Elementary,  6th & 7th graders would attend Sunset Intermediate School, 8th & 9th graders would attend Desert Hills Middle School and High School Students would attend Desert Hills High School.
