On May 17, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values decreased 0.1% at an average price of $528,550 in April of 2018 from an average price of $528,980 in March of 2018, but jumped 10.1% from $480,230 in April of 2017. While, homes sales gained 2.9% in April of 2018 from March of 2018, and up 0.1% from April of 2017, in Los Angeles County, California.
There were 3.2 months supplies of available inventory of homes in April of 2018 higher from 3.0 months in March of 2018, but down from 3.4 months in April of 2017. An average it took 17.0 days to sell a home in April 2018, unchanged from 17.0 days in March of 2018, but fell from 22.0 days in April of 2017, in Los Angeles County, California.
