So very true. There is lots of bird activity in and around our yard. No deer here but we use to enjoy them and the fawns back in New England. There are some baby squirrels around, too!

Oh yes, May Gray and June Gloom. We are having a lot of gray right now - some days it burns off by mid-day, and some days it never does.

That was a busy mom trying to keep track of her 10 little ones and they look like they provided plenty of entertainment for the watchers!

Thanks for sharing the photos of the duck family.
My wife and I lived on a boat in Tennessee several years ago. Canadian geese came in the spring and hatched their young. They would swim buy the boat every day and it was such a joy to watch them grow.
Looks like a beautiful place for sure! Baby ducks are so cute, I love seeing them walking around.
You got a great picture there, Jeff. And of course the weather looks great as always in the desert.
