Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - May 13 - 19, 2018

During the past week, 15 new (and still available) single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY and total available inventory rose from 87 to 101 available homes. During the same timeframe, six homes went under contract, compared to 11 the previous week. The Monroe NY market appears to be moving towards a balanced market. That makes this is an excellent time to both buy and sell!


The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory were:


7 Woodland Road, MLS #4822677, listed at $124,900. This two bedroom, one bath ranch style home has ~700 square feet of living space with ~a third acre of land. The home has hardwood flooring, level property and a driveway. This is a foreclosure.


10 Grove Street, MLS #4822206, listed at $169,000. The second home this week is a three bedroom, one bath cape-cod home with ~1,600 square feet of living space and a quarter acre of land. The home has wood flooring, a fireplace, two car garage and usable property. This is a short sale, and the property does need work.


317 Orchard Drive, MLS #4822205, listed at $199,900. Another ranch house is available, this one with three bedrooms, one bath, ~1,200 square feet of living space and nearly a half acre of land. There are hardwood floors, a new furnace, updated electric service, an above ground pool, deck and level property.


300 Orchard Drive, MLS #4822319, listed at $223,600. This three bedroom, two bath split level home has 1,800 square feet of living space and 1.5 acres of land. The home has an eat-in kitchen, hardwood flooring, and a partially finished lower level. There is a deck, two car garage, driveway and shed. This home is also a foreclosure.


74 West Mombasha Road, MLS #4821732, listed at $225,000. Another two bedroom one bath ranch is also available, this one with ~850 square feet. The home has Lake Mombasha views and access. In addition, there are laminate and hardwood floors, a partially finished walkout basement, deck, patio and driveway.


51 Center Hill Road, MLS #4822167, listed at $257,900. This is a three bedroom, one and a half bath ranch with ~1,400 square feet of living space and 3/4 acre of land.
