That move-in ready one is difficult to deliver in my secondary home marketplace...lots of older recreational options on great land...millenials don't seem to understand the value in upgrading for future investment return.   Hmmm.....

Those are primarily the same features that the millenials want here in the central Florida area as well.  Not much different I suspect throughout the country.
