Michael Jacobs - But shopping in Switzerland works! I photographed these characters when I was with my daughter. We got a good laugh when we saw it.

Looks like our house right now with my husband having cataract surgery!  Not sure how many sets of glasses(if any) he may need after his eyes heal.

I too imagine it must be an optician's or optometrist's office. Regardless, quite engaging - love it. D

Lise Howe - Oh dear, I'm sorry your husband has to go through all this because of cataracts. I hope surgery is successful and that he can see perfectly without glasses soon!

Wishing you both all the best!

Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD - It's something you don't see everyday and the characters made me smile, especially the pets with eye glasses!

Clearly, I hope you have a wonderful day!

Sheila Anderson - Thank you! I couldn't stop laughing either! I do have a photo of myself standing next to them but it made the photo even more comical and I didn't dare post it! It will be for my eyes only (and my daughter of course who took the photo and couldn't stop laughing either).

Glad to know you have a great sense of humor! I love to laugh!

Such a cool looking piece of art.  It is often difficult to capture everyone smiling in a family photo, especially when young kids are in it, haha.

Brian England - You are right! I only had one family portrait made at Sears when my kids were little. We took our dog for the photo session too. Guess what?  The photographer spent so much time getting the dog to sit still, look up, don't move, etc., she finally snapped the picture. Results: Dog looked like a Pedigree Show Dog. Mother, Father and Kids looked ridiculous. None of us humans from the family looked good at all! We never had another professional photographer after than, which of course, I regret.

What a great piece of art.  We would have definitely taken a picture of it.  Thank you for the smile.  A

I went back and looked closer after reading some of the comments. I didn't realize how large they are. I thought they were gnome-sized. Funny!

You find the coolest things to shoot, Patricia! I LOVE this one and would have loved to have seen it in person in Lucerne too - such 'happy' art.
