A Luxury Home can be identified differently in cities across the Country, but in Denver my Luxury blog posts will report on detached single family homes listed in the Denver metro area over $1 million. Some have mountain and/or city views, some back to a golf course or have water views. Some are upgraded with products from the world, and some have expansive square footage or on acreage. Whatever a Buyer is looking for, most likely if you have over $1 million, you can find it in Denver or in the surrounding suburbs.
Here is how the luxury market fared for the month of April 2018 -
Total sales - 176 homes ranging from $1,000,000 to $8,000,000 (last month was 138 homes)
Average Days on Market - 16 days (last month was 27)
Average price per SF - $390.51 (last month was $392.77)
These homes were built from 1908 to 2018
The highest priced home sold was $8,000,000 in Denver in the Polo Club neighborhood
There were no short sales and were no bank foreclosures sold this month.

This was the highest sale for the month of April 2018, and was $8,000,000 in Polo Club in Denver. This custom home was built in 2015 with four bedrooms, six bathrooms and a 3 car garage on 1.27 acres. This home has a total of 10,897 square feet and was sold on the first day on the market.

Today, you will find 712 homes for sale in the Denver metro area listed over $1,000,000 up to $20,000,000. They have been on the market for an average of 75 days and these homes were built from 1885 to 2019.
There are 267 homes currently under contract over $1,000,000 up to $8,900,000 with an average 25 days on market.
