During the past week, 11 new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY and total available inventory rose from 101 to 111 available homes. The Monroe NY market is becoming more balanced (neither favoring sellers nor buyers). That makes this is an excellent time to both buy and sell!

4 Marc Terrace, MLS #4823745, listed at $249,900. A colonial style home is also available, with five bedrooms, two and a half baths, ~2,050 square feet of living space and a quarter acre of land. There is a one car garage and driveway. This home is a foreclosure being sold by auction and showings are not allowed.
79 High Street, MLS #4823341, listed at $285,000. This three bedroom, one and a half bath cottage has ~1,300 square feet of living space and a third acre of land. The home has hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace in the living room and a tavern style kitchen. There is a one car garage and driveway. The home is in the village of Monroe and is close to everything.
