Yes, that is excellent advice - the cream always rises to the top and it's hard not to notice the cherry on the very top!

HI Roy Kelley - This is escellent advice. I used to manage offices and also staffing. I simplified that statement to "become an expert" in some area that makes you a valuable asset and get noticed.

Roy, that is a statement to share with our kids growing up today!  

Being "the expert" in whichever niche. farm you choose is what it's all about !

Yes, the more value you can bring, the less chances of being dismissed. 

Couldn't agree more. When I teach real estate classes I tell them the first thing is not to find your passion, it is to find you core competence aso you are not a commodity.
