Don’t Just Sit There Waiting

There are those who sit and wait for something to happen or someone to tell them what to do. The more successful people tend not to wait. They see something that needs to be done and do it!

Don’t Just Sit There Waiting

“So what do we do? Anything – something, so long as we

don’t just sit there. If we screw it up start over, try

something else. If we wait until we’re satisfied

all the uncertainties, it may to late.”

Lee Iacocca, former Chairman of Chrysler

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Don’t just sit there waiting

When there something that has to be done . . . . step back take a look at what it is that has to be done. Determine what you’re going to have to do to get it done . . . . and then just do it.

Don’t just sit there waiting for something to just happen by itself . . . . step up . . . . and do what has to been done.

There will never be a perfect time to do something . . . . so do it now . . . . and do the best you can with the circumstances that you find yourself in.

Things may not work out as you planned. In those times you can stay strong adjust your plans . . . . and try again using the experienced that you have gained in the setback.

Life is not perfect . . . . so when life hands you a lemon it will be up to you to make lemonade.

Don’t wait for success . . . .  waiting causes frustration . . . . and can lead to marginal decision making . . . . and moves success out of your reach.

Don’t just sit there waiting . . . . take decisive action on what has to be done and take it now.

Hi Kathy: I was doing a monologue with my team members the other day, trying to persuade them to adopt my go-to-language when dealing with clients. I always like to say:

Here's what we're gonna do . . . .

Of course, the downside is you better have a plan. And it better be a good plan. And maybe that's why fewer people step up to the plate.
