We're about five months through 2018 and there have already been a slew of luxury homes that have sold in Miami-Dade County. The top five homes have sold for a cumulative amount totaling over $82M. The home that sold for the highest amount ($19.75M) is located in Coconut Grove, the second and third highest home sales are located on the Venetian Islands, the fourth is located in Coral Gables, and the fifth in Golden Beach. It will be interesting to see what the next seven months of 2018 have in store for the luxury real estate market in Miami. Below are the top five luxury home sales thus far in 2018:
- 3550 Matheson Ave - a 5 bedroom, tri-level home with 14,000 square feet sold in March for $19,750,000
- 126 W San Marino Dr - a stunning 6 bedroom waterfront home that was built in 2017 sold this month for $17,300,000
- 8 W Rivo Alto Dr - a beautifully furnished, 5 bedroom waterfront home sold on the Venetian Islands in March for $17,000,000
- 17 Tahiti Beach Island Dr - a 5 bedroom estate formally owned by an NFL Super Bowl Champ sold in February for $14,375,000
- 115 Ocean Blvd - a 6 bedroom oceanfront mansion on a nearly 1-acre lot with 150 feet of ocean frontage sold in March for $14,000,000
