Once you have access to all 4 rec centers there becomes a host of available options for you and your family to fill up their time. Whether its for weight lifting or tennis, there is truly something for everyone. Your rec center cards don’t expire for years as well, so you can continually use their services.
The Summer Book Fair is coming to the Westridge Rec center on Wednesday June 6th, from 1:00 – 8:00pm. This will be in the main gymnasium level, with tables set up across the entire room to display the proud books on display. This is a great opportunity to pick up some after school gifts. Books will be their cheapest historically for the entire year. All the proceeds from the entire event will go to the Westridge HRCA after school programs for kindergarten and below. If you would like books for every one of the unique interests your kids may hold, you will surely find something for them here. There will be a wealth of publisher’s content in attendance, with everything from fiction to nonfiction and beyond. There will be multiple reading levels present as well. It won’t just be kids book. There will be a section for newer books for adults and books on life improvement and other genres. Stop by and check out the books.
