Believe it or not, the Greater Danbury area encompasses over 200 square miles of territory. Due to the large size, there is a wide variety of settings and real estate options that your disposal. The towns in the area include Danbury.Bethel,Brookfield,New Fairfield, New Milford, Sherman, Ridgefield, Redding, Newtown, Southbury,Middlebury and Woodbury-a cumulative estimated population of 265,845 per Census data.

Whether you are looking to be near a town center, a planned community of similar homes, along a former farm road offering peace and quiet, one or near the largest recrestional lake in the state, a maintenance free townhome or finding the perfect newer home, the Greater Danbury area of Western Connecticut offers something for everyone. After we talk about your needs and requirements for a nw home, we can better filter though the available properties as not to wast your time.

Pricing does vary regional the regional. Typically, the closer to New York City you get, the more expensive homes are. There are exceptions to the rule, such as properties on Candewood Lake & the Hattertown/Poverty Hollow area of Newtown, but we can talk about that better in person.  Home buyers should feel overall confident in the entire package that a property offers-including commute distance and neighborhood-in addition to the residences itself being acceptable to their needs.
