Market report for Grayson County Texas Lots and Acreage

February first 2018 thru April thirty first 2018

During this time frame there were one hundred and forty five pieces of Texoma sold.

Let’s take a look what has sold in each city of Grayson County Texas

Gordonville there were fourteen properties sold with the price points on the low end of five thousand dollars and on the high end two hundred ninety thousand dollars.

With the days on market being as little as Zero on upwards of four hundred and seventy days.

 

Denison there were thirty two properties sold with the price points of six thousand dollars upwards of four hundred seventy six dollars.

With the days on market one day on upwards of over one thousand six hundred and five days.

 

Howe there were four properties that sold with the price points being from six thousand five hundred and on the high point of just over two point one million dollars  

The days on market for Howe TX is on the low end sixty days on the upwards days of seven hundred fifty seven days.

Collinsville a total of six properties sold during this time frame with the lowest price point being eight thousand dollars and the highest price point  being  one hundred ninety five thousand three hundred and fifty dollars. Days on market were from zero to five hundred and sixty plus days.

Whitesboro a total of eleven properties sold, with the price points of eleven thousand dollars and upwards of over eight hundred thousand dollars. The days on market were from nine days to over two thousand days.

Pottsboro had seventeen properties sell, with the price points of twelve thousand five hundred dollars to upwards of one million two hundred thousand dollars. The days on market were zero days on market which means the property was placed on the MLS and under contract the same day, on upwards of over six hundred and fifty days.

Whitewright there were nine lots and acreage properties sold. With the lowest price Thirteen thousand and the highest price one hundred and ninety two thousand dollars the days on market being from four to over Five hundred days.

Bells had a total of two sales during the three month time frame. One sold for Sixteen thousand dollars the other for Sixty two thousand five hundred dollars. Average days on market fifty seven days  

Southmayd   there were two sales as well. The price points were as follows twenty three thousand and one thousand dollars. Days on Market were on average   fifty seven days total.

Van Alstyne there were twelve properties sold. The price points of Thirty two thousand dollars on the lower end and on the high end nine hundred and fifty dollars. On average the days on market were two hundred and thirty three days.  

Gunter had a total of eight properties sell. The price points of on the low end being forty three thousand dollars and on the high end being one point two million dollars.  The average days on market for this community were two hundred and eighty days from list to selling point.

Sadler had eight properties well. With the price points ranging from forty five thousand nine hundred dollars on up to approximately   one hundred and thirty nine thousand five hundred dollars. The days on market were about three hundred and fifteen days.

 

Tioga had three properties sell in this time frame. With the lowest price point being Seventy thousand dollars and the highest price point of One million one hundred eighty eight thousand dollars three hundred thirty three dollars.  The average days on market three hundred fifty eight days from list to selling point.

Pilot Point had only one sale in the three months the price point being two hundred and ninety thousand dollars. The days on market for this property was three hundred and eighty two days.
