Later this year, Gary & Melynda Wolter will celebrate their 17th year of helping buyers and sellers and they will be doing that with a new company.
John Evenson & Chris Fisher are two very successful agents who started the Evenson/Fisher Group at Revelation Realty. Revelation is now the #1 independent single office brokerage in the USA.
Gary met John & Chris a few years ago, as Gary actually recruited John at a different company when he first started as an agent.
"I always thought a lot of both John & Chris, and it just always felt like we would probably join forces someday. When we talked the second time, that is when we all knew the timing was right for us to join their already successful team, Gary says.
Gary will still sell homes with Melynda of course, but also will serve the team as the Recruiting Manager.

"We have grown so much so quickly and will continue to grow." We do things a lot differently and have taken out what most agents don't like about a team, says John Evenson. "We should double our size and we are thankful that we have Gary & Melynda to help get us to the next level."
Melynda sites tools, skill based learning and marketing as being some important reasons why they made the move. "We will list two homes right away with the EF Group and I am amazed on the marketing upgrade we will be able to give our clients. Just the photography alone that includes drone shots will be incredible for exposure for our sellers," she says.
The Wolter Team is banking on the technology and power of a successful team to bring their own business to the level that they want to do. In 2013, they sold 57 homes with no assistant. Now with a team to back them the sky is the limit for these veteran agents who offer "premiere personal service" that has earned them a 'reputation for results."
