Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - May 27 - June 2, 2018

During the past week, 9 new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY and total available inventory rose slightly from 111 to 115 available homes. The Monroe NY market is becoming more balanced (neither favoring sellers nor buyers). That makes this is an excellent time to both buy and sell!

 

The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory were:

 

2 Bayberry Drive, MLS #4824636, listed at $239,900. This five bedroom, three and a half bath raised-ranch home has ~2,550 square feet of living space with 1.2 acres of land. This foreclosure needs renovations and is being sold "as is."

 

12 Van Keuren Court, MLS #4823125, listed at $279,900. The second home this week is a three bedroom, two bath ranch home with 1,500 square feet of living space. The home has wood flooring, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and tiled backsplash, and a finished basement with wood stove. There is a one car garage, driveway, and 12' x 18' deck outside.

 

30 High Ridge Road, MLS #4821823, listed at $339,900. A bi-level style home is also available, with four bedrooms, one and a half baths, ~1,800 square feet of living space and a third acre of land. This home has hardwood flooring, central air conditioning, and a kitchen with corian counters and ceramic backsplash. The main bath has marble counters and a tub with a ceramic surround. Endre Barath, Jr. - During the last week, six went under contract, and five were sold. Also, at least 15 of the 115 active have accepted offers (here, we don't sign contracts until after an AO and after an inspection and agents are supposed to indicate there is an AO in agent comments). I don't know when those AOs happened - they were probably in the last week or two.
