Bob's started out in Dallas, TX in 1993 and has earned the reputation of being the best steakhouse in any town guaranteed to give you an exceptional dining experience. Bob's, located in the heart of downtown, combines simple elegance with a lively atmosphere, fine wines and the finest of prime steaks, chops and seafood. It's no wonder they have received so many awards including the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator for a number of years, and Open Table's Diner's Choice award 5 times including 2018.
A sampling of what you'll find on their menus: On the appetizer menu: a Shrimp Platter with 2 shrimp cocktail, 2 shrimp remoulade and 2 fried shrimp...Prime Tenderloin Carpaccio with parmesan cheese, olive oil and sea salt & pepper...On the steaks and chops menu there's the Prime "Bone-in" Kansas City Strip, a Veal Porterhouse Chop and One half of a roasted duck with Luxardo cherry sauce. The seafood menu has Maryland Style Crab Cakes with honey mustard sauce and Broiled Jumbo Shrimp Scampi with black pepper pasta.
Be sure to leave room for dessert where among your choices are New Orleans Style Bread Pudding served with brandy butter sauce, the Classic New York Style cheesecake topped with fresh fruit and the Key Lime Pie-a nilla wafer crust filled with a Key Lime custard and topped with whipped cream.
