OKAN GROUP TO BRING $300M LUXURY TOWER WITH TURKISH FLARE TO MIAMI

Lead by the Turkish developers at Okan Group, the soon to break ground Okan Tower will be the next luxury high-rise in the rapidly developing Downtown Miami neighborhood. Planned to rise 70-stories over Miami Avenue and the redeveloped Flagler Avenue, the mixed-use project will include a 294-room hotel by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, 236 condo-hotel units, 64,000 square feet of “Class A” office space, and 149 condo residences. Four ultra-luxury penthouses promise to deliver stellar views of Miami and Biscayne Bay from elevations of more than 600 feet above the city.

 

Available now for pre-construction purchase, the Okan Tower Designed condo-hotel units include studios, one and two-bedrooms, aimed at providing ready to go investments — furnished and ranging in size from just 447 square feet to 1,245 square feet, priced in the low $300’s.

Condo-residences will be available in one, two or three-bedroom units with additional den space ranging in size from 698 to more than 2,000 square feet. Also available are four duplex-style penthouses ranging in size from 1,873 to over 2,142 square feet.

Designed by the architecture firm Behar Font & Partners, the Okan Tower will feature striking curvature that emulates the silhouette of a blossoming tulip, said to be an artistic nod to the national flower of Okan’s home country, Turkey. With the hopes of satisfying the Turk’s and other international investor’s desire to own a part of Miami, the Okan Tower’s marketing material is also available in Turkish.

Uniquely going even a step further to attract those form 6,000 miles away, in May, Okan Group opened a 3,000 square-foot sales gallery in Istanbul complete with a full model residence, even before they opened their Miami showroom a week later.

As is the new norm for Miami’s luxury condos, the Okan Tower promises world-class amenities including: a sky pool located on the 70th floor, outdoor communal lounge areas, a Hammam spa, state-of-the-art health and fitness center, personal chefs and a gastro kitchen. With something for everyone in the family, the Okan will also have a kids playroom, a movie theater and a wine cellar/cigar room with rentable personal lockers. A yet-to-be-named chef will occupy the rooftop restaurant located on the 67th floor.
 
Centrally located at 555 North Miami Avenue, Okan Tower allows easy access to to business, entertainment, culture, and the arts. The Perez Art Museum, Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, and the American Airlines Arena are all easily walkable. Seeing as the Okan is just blocks from the Miami World Center and new Brightline train station, you could even say the new development is only 30 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale and an hour to West Palm Beach!
