May Chester CountyFrom this chart, you can see that compared to May of 2017, the number of available homes was down about 16%. Not only that, but mortgage rates are hovering around 4.75% and not likely to come down any time soon.  The only slightly positive spin is that prices for the year to date are down around 2%. And in more bad news for sellers, average days on the market are UP around 35%! Crazy, right?
