Under the Federal Fair Housing Acts, all of the following are exempted EXCEPT
- resident owners of three units or less.
- private clubs restricting non-commercial rentals to their members.
- churches limiting the sale of church-owned property to their members.
- housing restricted to the elderly if certain requirements are met.
