1. Utilize Social Media
One of the strategies we utilize to generate traffic to our client's websites is through the use of engaging social media content. The content we write tempts social media users to want more information. We use this to transport them from Facebook to your website! You can do the same thing...just make sure to include a lead capture form on the page you send them to if you want them to become a lead.
2. Create Ads
Facebook Ads and Google Ads are the quickest way to send traffic to your site. Set an audience. Set a budget. And just wait for the traffic to come! Again, make sure there is lead capture so you can convert that traffic to real estate business.
3. Create Videos
Videos can or cannot be the quickest way to boost traffic to your site. LIVE videos on Facebook and Instagram are your best bets for a quick increase in traffic. Wether it is a planned professionally produced video, or a handheld tour of a new listing...always push viewers to visit your website for more information on the listing or topic you are speaking about. And don't forget! Lead capture form! ;D
4. Email Campaigns
Email campaigns can be a numbers game...but you can increase those odds in your favor with effective titles to capture a buyer or seller's attention. A link to more information on your website should be embedded somewhere in the email body. (with a lead capture form on the page)...and you should ALWAYS have your website address in your email signature!
