Overcoming Real Estate Bloggers Block

Real Estate Technology with Zurple

It's difficult having to come up with content on a regular basis when you should be spending your time helping leads and real estate clients. How on earth do you expect to write a blog on a weekly basis when life is so overwhelming?

Easy! Use questions from your overwhelming life to make content creation easier!

You will often get the same questions asked by your prospects, home buyers, and home sellers...so write an article for them in an easy-to-digest manner. Here are some questions for you to answer, when you are experiencing a writer's block:

  1. What questions are you asked most frequently?
  2. What mistakes do you see agents, buyers, or sellers make often?
  3. What piece of advice do you regularly give to agents, buyers, or sellers?

Answering those 3 questions can result in multiple blog topics. For example, if you found 5 mistakes buyers make...you can turn that into 5 blogs highlighting each mistake and how to overcome them!

The other option is to look at what other people are blogging about, and write out your own take on the topic. You have your own opinion right? Of course you do! We would love to hear it, and we know that it can definitely help with your website's search engine optimization when done correctly.

What do YOU do when you are having a writer's block?
