Sacramento County experienced a 26.5% increase in number of homes listed FOR SALE in May 2018 vs. the same month a year ago.
For the same period there was a -2.8% decrease in homes SOLD. Pending Sales increased 7.1%.
Interest rates continue to remain reasonably low. For those able to find suitable homes, it's a GREAT time to buy.

Even with an uptick in listings, Myrl, we are still suffering in Sacramento because demand snatched them up. Prices are continuing to increase. We still need more inventory to balance the market, but I don't see that happening anytime soon, do you?
