This week I have called two real estate agents, and one real estate broker.
The broker for the third time in a week.
Is this a new way of doing business, I may not be aware of?
None have returned the calls.
If so what is the purpose of it?
You may say maybe they are mad at me or don’t like me.
There is no reason for that I have never talked with them whatsoever yet.
Maybe I am checking availability of the agents listing.
Oh, that is right they do not have any listings.
As far as the broker, maybe I am interested in moving my real estate license there? He does not know.
Having experiences like this can cause you to really have an increase in blood pressure, and when they do pick up the phone, or return the call, knowing how to be polite, nice, kind, and happy, a person could really practice being NADOTA.
Maybe I am old school, but I am a human being, a Realtor helping people to sell and purchase homes, and to me, when you call me, that is same as you speaking to me face to face in the grocery store, I will speak back.
WOW! Kim Jong-un or President Donald Trump seem to have a better understanding of communication than some real estate agents.
