Hi Debb: You have a 3, 2, 1, ratio going on here in Woodland, it looks like. You have twice as many homes for sale as there are pending and twice as many pending as sold.

Good morning, Debb... at the rate Woodland homes are selling and going into contract it doesn't appear that inventory sits for very long. We have some similar communities where they are situated in two counties and some that are on the border of NC and SC and so are situated in two states.
