Additonallly, DEAN STREET 2005 LLC sold the adjacent parcel to Mosaic Development at Oak Creek for $2,340,000.00 in May 2018. The 17.5 acre project will offer both 273 multi-family rentals and is also planned to have15,000 square feet of commercial space along Old 41, across from the iconic Shangri-La resort.
