Greenfield is located in Centennial, with a bit of this neighborhood in the City of Aurora. It is located off Arapahoe Road & Picadilly in the South part of the Metro Denver area. It is located in Cherry Creek School District, which is just one reason this neighborhood is popular!
I like to stay on top of the statistics for the community, and nice to review the numbers every month. For the month of May, there were two sales, a decrease in sales from homes sold in April. For this size of neighborhood, we don't see many homes go up for sale in Greenfield or Greenfield Estates.
The average sale was $489,500, and sellers are seeing 102.66% to list price, which sure shows the desirability of this neighborhood and lack of inventory. These homes were on the market for only 4 days. This neighborhood sure could use some inventory, currently today there are only two homes on the market!
