HI Brian England - Nice shot of that pool in Val Vista. I often think that in Phoenix area (especially this time of year) a pool adds lots of value. Yesterday back in the early 1990's, Sky Harbor hit 122º....an all time high! So a pool does matter!!

You are right Sheri Sperry - MCNE® , in the summer months in the Valley, having a pool makes a home a lot more desirable to prospective buyers! I remember being in Tucson when it hit 122, now that was hot, haha.
