Smaller does not mean cheaper

By
Industry Observer

Just because our homes are small in size does not mean they are cheaper than homes the same size or slightly larger. We put a lot of quality in our homes. We do not use the finger jointed studs that many other builders are not as strong. We also use the zip sheath system in our homes that is much more costly but insulates your home from the outside. Our standards are many builders upgrades. We also give you good customer service not lip service. If you are looking for a good quality home in Aliana then give me a call at 281-804-9265.

Yolanda,

A question of quality over quantity.  It amuses me to no end how many people choose quantity over quality.  Happy Thursday.  A

Hi Yolanda... indeed, smaller doesn't mean cheaper... and larger isn't always better either! As Ron and Alexandra Seigel said, it quality over quantity.

Quality is an important factor when it comes to buying a home.  It can translate in future savings on energy and maintenance costs.

Yes buyers need to be prepared to pay for quality. It makes such a difference just because you might have 500sq ft more the bathrooms and the kitchens might be substandard...Endre

Quality is definitely better than being bigger, but often people just shop for the biggest they can get for the smallest price.  When it comes time to sell though, that is when they get bit in the butt, haha.

Yolanda, have had many older couples looking for a smaller home, not on a huge lot, but with upgraded finishes.    They don't need lots of bedrooms or square footage.   Bet your model fills the bill for some of these buyers!

I agree Yolanda, Quality is better than bigger... I would love to downsize, to a smaller quality built home.
