If you Build it -- They will come -- Farming Analogy
When I sat down to write about My Best Farming Technique my mind immediately went to the steps a Farmer takes to plant his crop.
1. Pick a Spot that you believe will yield a good crop (plan for a result)
2. Determine the type of crop (client) you are trying to sow (buyer or seller)
3. Decide what type of seed (media) you will use to plant
4. Prepare the soil and plant your seeds (advertising, social media, email, texting, direct mail)
5. Be consistent
As a Realtor I have chosen to focus on Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin -- in particular, seeking Sellers who are looking to sell their home in order to relocate for a variety of reasons:
1. Move-up or Move-down
2. New Job
4. Divorce or Marriage
5. Military Relocation
Using multiple media I use a Service that targets Sellers looking for a Home Valuation on-line via a Landing Page and once I have their information I call them, email them, text, and retarget through social media. Then using direct mail I consistently send postcards, letters and small trinkets on a regular basis to make sure when they are ready to list and sell they will think of me (Top of Mind Awareness) also known as TOMA as their Realtor of Choice.
Sellers of every kind live in Pleasant Prairie, WI ... and I want to be Their REALTOR for LIFE!
