My story started a little unconventionally. After sitting through several closings as a child and riding around in the back of Realtor’s cars, I became educated in real estate years before I ever considered it as a career. As a young girl, my family moved several times both across the country as well as around town but regardless of the place, my family and I were never wowed by the service we received.
In college, I started a marketing company for small businesses where I worked to help them increase their reach and repeat business. But after college I was torn, I did not know what I wanted to do. A non-profit marketing job literally fell into my lap and off to the corporate world I went. Although I loved it for a few months, after a while, I lost the fullfillment and frankly could not mange sitting at a desk for eight hours a day.
As a certified Google AdWords Search expert, I have studied search engines and have mastered how to create engaging posts on social media to grow my network. After graduating college and moving to Little Rock, I made it my mission to acquire all the real estate knowledge I could in an effort to represent clients with clarity and transparency. From the innovative ways in which I use social media, marketing techniques, and my real estate expertise, I have proven myself as a cutting edge real estate strategist, earning the respect and admiration of my colleagues.
NarkHomes was founded when I realized there was a major problem with large home search sites like Zillow. My clients would see properties that interested them online, but by the time they texted them to me, they would be under contract. The data provided by sites like Zillow often have a lag time and is outdated when the buyer needs it to be most accurate. Please tell me that I am not the only one that experiences this issue!
