Change in a Changing Market

It seems just yesterday when we did not have enough houses to go around!!! We had multiple offers on houses - each trying outbid the next!!!  And now here we are - having more than we need as far as properties for sale!!  I don't think this Sellers market will last forever though!!! With all the new businesses coming to town especially in the downtown "Mile" - those BUYERS waiting to BUY might be passing up  GREAT DEALS NOW!!! -
