Why, everywhere I have been and spoke with whose home left the market unsold, had not had any other agent knock on their door! This is HUGE!
2 Constant communications with existing clients. My calls are every Tuesday and Friday. I Never Miss.
3 Returning telephone calls promptly. Every week I hear agents saying they are busy. That is an overused word in America.
If you are too busy to return calls, you may want to look closer at your work plan.
4 Mailing a minimum of two notes in the U S Mail daily. This does require focus. And it is easy.
5 Making the change that I made to eXp Realty. This company has grown by over 8,000 agents in the past two years.
