Observations about various subjects by a Beverly Hills Realtor: Endre Barath, Jr.
Since Father’s Day is about to close for 2018, I thought I would share some observations. In fairness to disclosure from early childhood on my views and thoughts were always considered more serious than other kids of the same age. My father used to joke and give me nicknames “the Oldman”, “old boy”, and” the dignified one” to name a few. I was always focused and serious until I graduated from High School. Then things changed I became more carefree and the list goes on and on, but that is for another post.
As a Beverly Hills Realtor, I am entrusted with serious responsibilities to my clients. Our property price points go from the low end to the Ultra High End. Keep in mind buyers and seller in all price points are looking for advice It does not matter if the property is listed for south of a million dollar or it is listed north of a hundred million dollars. They expect solid advice that is the most beneficial for their situation as well as wants and needs. This is not just in Beverly Hills, but I can safely say everywhere.
Periodically, I see agents focusing on their commissions first, rather than achieving the interest of their clients. This sadly becomes so transparent when they are giving advice to their clients. Some of the indicators are stress in their voice, or they might get all worked up about simple concerns by the clients. Instead of giving answers they are worried that their commission might be in jeopardy and get defensive.
My advice is take care of the client’s wants and needs and the commission will come. Not only that they become repeat clients and might even give referrals. I will close with a quote from my favorite Philosopher:
