There are currently 34 Condominiums and 33 Townhomes for a total of 67 units available in Minot ND. They range in price from $76,900 to $359,900. The average listing price is $199,250 (a drop of almost $5,000 over the last week). The average days on market is 102.

Believe it or not I have to sort through all the condo and townhome listings to be sure they are listed correctly for this report. They seldom are. The point being some Realtors have no idea what the difference is between a condo and a townhome. This is a serious problem for a Buyer. If your agent doesn't know the difference then you should find yourself a new Real Estate agent.
