We received a e-mail the other day telling us what they were looking for. It wasn't much...just a home with a year round mountain view on a golf course with a pool and a lake. That isn't much to ask for if you are willing to pay for it right? They thought 150,000 dollars would be about right for what they were asking for. Can anybody make this happen?

Sharon: I can't tell you how many buyers I've dealt with over the past 6 months that have this line of thinking. I'm not sure why they have this impression. When I show them what they can get for their price range and then what it is they want (which is in an entirely different price range) it seems to be quite an eye opener for them.
