Fireworks

The holiday is a great time to get together with family and friends!

It’s become a much-anticipated tradition, and on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, the Sandy Springs community will gather at the Concourse Corporate Center lawn to celebrate the nation’s birthday as part of the City’s Stars and Stripes Celebration. Music from the band Shiloh will begin at 7:30 pm and fireworks will dazzle the sky beginning at 9:45 pm. Pack a picnic, bring a blanket, and enjoy an evening under the stars. Pets, tents, outdoor cooking, drones, alcohol, and personal-use sparklers will not be permitted.

“The event is a highlight of the summer, drawing together the community in what has become one of our largest city gatherings.  It is a family-friendly and entertaining event for all ages,” said Sandy Springs Mayor Rusty Paul.

The Sandy Springs Stars and Stripes Celebration is sponsored in part by Concourse Corporate Center (Regent Partners and CBRE Global Investors ) and the City of Sandy Springs.

I have been a resident of Sandy Springs Georgia since 1990 and we have made tremendous life-changing strides since Cityhood.  A wonderful community to live in.

Happy Monday and good to know about fireworks displays, we are having so many cancel because of it being so dry.
