There are several pending units that are not up for discussion. I will say I received several calls about one of the sales questioning if the sale complied with condo rules and regulations . People have been upset about some of the sales with agents not telling new owners about restrictions . One of these restrictins were dogs . We will see what happens with this sale . I reserve making this objection public

People are selling their larger homes and looking to down size . What a wonderful place to move to with a country club atmosphere along the river . What fantastic views and amenities this community has to offer the residents who choose to live here
I receive many calls about this gated waterfront condo community . Many people believe they can rent here . I explain it is not a rental community it is a community of condos owned by individuals . Very rarely do I receive a call from an owner that wants to rent their unit . There are strict rules to abide by for rentals . The tenant must be approved by the condo and must pass a criminal background check . It really is not a rental community . This is an owner occupied community .
Bakers Bay is a wonderful and beautiful place to live . It is located on the Delaware river with a great view of the water front .What a view from the deck overlooking the water . Tennis courts a fully equipped gym ,many activities plus much more There is also small beach but don't waste your time there are gorgeous pools to enjoy .
Bakers Bay is a gated community with a guard at the entrance 24 hours a day
