Is parking an issue for your home buyers?

Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

I was watching the news they talked about permit parking.

This is not a free permit.

You would need to get a permit for visitors.

This is just  not what I want my clients to deal with.

But it seems to be a way of life.

So, living in the rural areas allows you to park where ever there is an open spot, most likely in your own drive.

Want more freedom in your parking?

Call me and let me show you the freedom of rural living.

Home buyers should always make certain to check out any HOA or standard subdivision CC&Rs, to make certain they are simpatico with the prospective homeowner's lifestyle.

Morning again William.

Hmm, around here we have no issue with that, not that I'm aware of anyway.

Parking is most often an important consideration for buyers.  We don't have "permit" parking here but there are homes with limited parking options.

I have a listing a couple of years ago in a very popular area of Seattle called Ballard. There is no place to park even if you have a garage people make it almost impossible to get in and out of your garage without backing in William. Where I live there is always plenty of parking...

There are a lot of places in the world where parking is almost as expensive as the car.
