Moving forward can be challenging in business and in our personal lives. Seller's or possible seller's are currently reluctant to put their homes up for sale because of possibly not being able to find another home. There is somewhat uncertainty in our political environment and a mirage of other issues. As Realtor's it can also be difficult to continue on in our changing industry as well as trying to understand who to market too-when-and how?
However, as Fredrick Douglas said "If there is no struggle, there is no progress" As Realtors, sellers and buyers we have to keep going and sift through the challenge of our present market. Change is coming but I see that as a positive sign. I will continue to provide the best service possible to my clients and I will continue to motivate sellers and buyers.
