Inventory is low and buyers are out in full force competing in DC's hot seller's market. Many buyers are trying to go it alone without the help of a real estate professional. They are relying on data from the internet and anaecdotes they've heard from friends. What they really need is a real estate professional who knows how to negotiate.

What Buyers Need

In addition to needing help preparing their offers, buyers need help negotiating. And they should be looking to experienced agents to help them WIN their next home. Agents who are workig full time to understand that market, the trends, and the competition.

Hi Dana,
Price is only one part of negotiation, isn't it?  Knowing what the seller wants and needs before making the offer helps tremendously in developing a strategy.  Neither buyers or sellers should try navigating the waters by themselves.  There is a lot of bad information on the internet.
