On June 19, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that condo and town-homes values decreased 0.3% at an average price of $476,400 in May of 2018 from an average price of $476,010 in April of 2018, but higher 7.6% from $440,940 in May of 2017. While, condo and town-homes sales jumped 8.5% in May of 2018 from April of 2018, but declined 2.0% from May of 2017, in California.
There were 2.3 months supplies of available inventory of condo and town-homes in May of 2018 down from 2.4 months in April of 2018, but unchanged from 2.3 months in May of 2017. An average it took 13.0 days to sell a condo and town-home in May 2018, up from 12.0 days in April of 2018, but unchanged from 13.0 days in May of 2017, in California.
